Technically a site maps is a kind of interactive table of contents that list and link all items directly to the relevant section of the website. In more simple words, it works like layout maps displayed in large shopping malls.
Site map is an essential component of website. Without a standard sitemap, you can’t expect users and search engines to reach and display required page respectively. If you want to enhance the user experience of your website you should focus to develop a good site map.
