Interested in using Slim with Heroku for a FB app - any experience or gotchas known to Slim developers?

So I tried a simple Slim 2.0 application in a free Dyno. Worked without any issues.

The only things I can think of are:
    1) I forgot it was apache (generally I use nginx for live and embedded 5.4+ server for dev) and so I didn't have the .htaccess file there on the first deploy for url rewrites. Not a biggie.

    2) I used Composer. For my simple test I committed and deployed the "vendor/" directory as part of the project. A quick search on google shows a few examples of setting up a deployment that will run composer install on a deploy and thus handling dependencies. I still like the simplicity of deploying the full snapshot with the vendor folder and dependencies already resolved. I assume issues when running composer during deploy would get handled (ie. prevent deploy) but not sure I would want to figure that out or rely on it.
